Smoke density tester of plastic material
Description:
GB/T 8323specimens of sheet materials,composite materials or assemblies not exceeding 25mm in thickness to be placed vertically in a closed cabinet equipped with a specified grade of thermal radiation source,method of measuring smoke generation from exposed surfaces,with or without the use of an igniting flame,this test method is applicable to all plastics,and can also be applied to the evaluation of other materials(such as rubber ,textile coverings,lacquers,wood and other materials),and is widely used in the production plants and scientific research and testing institutions of the plastics and solid materials industries.

Technical data:
1.)All the Inside&outer of the container are Teflon coated,can resist etchant gas to increase the life of machine;
2.)the machine are all opened designed
3.)install assistant heating device in the outer of the tester ,it can set temperature according to different standard requirements,
so can shorten the temperature balance time of container;
4.)install the aluminum explosion-proof in the container to avoid the life risk;
5.)open the gas pressure release on top of container,connect with the pressure adjust flask,can adjust the pressure automatically ; 6.)install automatic air-cylinder in both top and bottom of container,it will be convenient for user;
7.)provide ASTM E662 all-radiant furnace,can provide 25kw/m2 heat radiation output;
8.)provide ASTM E662 standard naked light burner,can work with all-radiant furnace to do naked light burning test;
9.)provide air-cooled copper calorimeter,can use back cooling mode to adjust it’s surface temperature when do the test;
10.)provide ISO 5659-2/GB/T8323 radiation cone device,can provide 50kw/m2 heat radiation output;
11.)provide ISO 5659-2/GB/TB323 standard naked light burner,can work with radiation cone to do naked light burning test;
12.)provide America MED THERM water cool heat flow meter(cone calorimeter),provide the measurement certificate which can date back to America NIST;
13.)provide self circulating cooling water,it’ll be convenient for user;
14.)provide weighing device,can do MOD smoke density test and do heat weightless test;
15.)the range of sensor is 0-5000g,the precision is 0.01g;
16.)provide NES 711 naked light burner and whisk fans
17.)adopted air joint connection between all-radiation furnace and radiation cone ,user just need to insert or pluck then can make the change ;
18.)install optical cassette on the top of container,side window photomultiplier for light source acceptance,s-4 rate respondtransmission accuracy can reach 0.0001%;
19.)install wheelrotation device in the cassette ,can automatically change CLEAR/FILTER/DARK according to smoke density transformation;
20.)install ND2 neutral filter in cassette,it will convenient for users self-adjust also can use for automatic change tab in test;
21.)under the container is filament lamp,can provide even light spot output;
